Job Description:

- Making effective outbound calls with key decision makers.
- Issuing quotes and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Account managing and taking responsibility for own accounts.
- Making customers aware of range of products available to meet customers' needs.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Recording all outcomes of the calls on the internal system
- Managing the chase cycle for unanswered calls
- Reporting on a daily and weekly basis on converted lead rates
- Providing feedback and ideas on improving our conversion rates
- Dealing with phone calls, emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Senior Managers

Key Skills/Experience Required:

- Previous experience within B2B outbound sales
- Reliable and committed with a natural sales focused mentality
- A highly motivated and driven individual not concerned to pick up the phone and build relationships
- Ability to make well informed decisions based on all available relevant information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a range of clients
- Good written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills
