Our innovative globally recognised client based in the heart of Guildford is looking for a Service Co-ordinator for a 4 month contract, to join their enthusiastic and passionate Service Team. This is a fantastic opportunity and for the right candidate there could be the opportunity for this role to become permanent.
This is a varied role where you'll act as the first point of contact for their customers. You'll process the service requests that are received and action accordingly. You will be required to liaise closely with other departments and members of the team, ensuring that all calls and faults are logged within specified response times as defined within their SLA. It is essential for this role that you are able to communicate clearly with all departments and clients every step of the way. You'll also prepare of paperwork for invoicing and provide administration support within the team.
You will have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of clear communication, both verbally and written. Good working knowledge on all Microsoft Office systems, especially confident using Excel. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, or a background within administration/customer service position where you have been required to have a methodical approach to problem solving.
