Description

Overall Role Purpose

The Customer Service Assistant supporting Rodial and Nip+Fab and will be the first point of contact with warehouses, operations and retail teams to identify and limit any issues that may arise. Responds to customer queries and escalates customer complaints.

Key Accountabilities

Customer service

- Respond to customer queries on recommended skincare routines and act as escalation point for customer complaints, provide responses relating to product quality or reactions

- Ensure orders are closed in SAP and Magento. Escalate errors to the relevant IT department

- System checks including: that transactions are released in Sage Pay (all accounts), PayPal’s resolution centre for any issues with transactions (all accounts), Orphan transactions in Magento, customer accounts for duplicates, open deliveries in SAP and Draft Docs in SAP

GENERAL:

Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: £150.00 to £200.00 /day
