Territory Sales Manager - £35 - 50k + 29k OTE

YOUR CAREER: This International manufacturer lead the way within their various medical disciplines, turning over more than $13 billion globally. Their reputation in the market is superb and the opportunities they can offer their sales team are considerable. This company offers intensive in-house product and systems training as well as ongoing managerial support with a variety of career prospects on offer for the right candidate.

THE ROLE: In this role, you will be selling a portfolio of cranio maxfax consumables and neuro, spine and ENT capital equipment including high speed drills, ultrasonic aspiration devices and micro powertools. Your portfolio will also include an innovative surgical planning platform which is at the forefront of surgical technologies. Surgical customers are key here, including neurospine consultants, ENT consultants, KOLs, theatre teams and procurement. The focus will be on providing clinical support and account management to theatres as and when required as this is a very consultative sales focussed role. You will be managing 5 key accounts across an East Anglian territory, with potential to grow new business across the region too.


THE PERSON: To be considered for this Territory Sales Manager role you will ideally have a background in orthopaedic sales and be confident in selling capital equipment. You must have the skills and character to work in a theatre environment, and strategic sales experience will be very beneficial here. Candidates who are structured, with great planning skills yet high energy and adaptable will do well in this environment.

- Salary: £35,000 - 50,000
- Bonus: 29k OTE uncapped

Location: The position of Territory Sales Manager covers Cambridge, Norwich, Kings Lynn, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Harlow and Luton.
