Becoming a Trainee Sheriff Officer with Stirling Park:

Stirling Park LLP have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to join our intensive in-house training programme for Trainee Sheriff Officers.

Throughout your three year apprenticeship, Stirling Park will invest in your career development through a continuous training syllabus. Our Academy combines study, examinations and practical experience. At the end of the three year programme an external examination pass will result in you attaining the professional qualification of Sheriff Officer. ( The salary includes a £1000 per annum training allowance paid monthly)

The Successful Candidate:

You will be motivated to develop a career through a commitment and willingness to study and learn, whilst also accompanying our team of Sheriff Officers in the undertaking of their daily duties. You should be a confident communicator with the ability to interact with members of the public. On completion of the training period and on passing examinations through the Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers, the successful candidate is likely to be offered a position as a Sheriff Officer within our organisation. That role comes with an excellent package including lucrative salary, company car, pension and private health insurance.

Applicants must hold a minimum of five passes at SCQF level 4 or above, or equivalent, including Maths and English, which must be confirmed within your C.V.
