The
opportunity


The Tax & Law Transformation programme is focussed on
developing our business and our people to ensure that we are set up for success
in the future.

We have appointed a
Transformation Leader and a Transformation Programme Director and now we are
building out a team beyond that to drive Transformation outcomes.


This role is a 12 month opportunity for an experienced
transformation change manager to support the Tax & Law Transformation as
the lead of the Transformational Change and Communications workstream.



Your key
responsibilities


The Transformation
Change Management Lead is accountable for managing the human side of change as
the Transformation is executed – by leading the development, agreement to and
execution of the change management strategy, plan, and communications.

This will include working with the leadership
to:

Manage the human
side of change as the transformation is executed
Lead the development
of change management strategy, plan, and communications
, including development
of all key messages and ensuring consistent delivery of those messages.
Set up and
lead a team of change managers and local change agents
Ensure that change
management and communications deliverables are completed and integrated with
the overall Transformation Plan
Provide guidance and
direction to team members and ensures that an integrated perspective is
maintained
Lead the
delivery of business engagement activities, including stakeholder engagement,
selling the vision and case for change, communications
Lead the
delivery of business readiness activities, including change impact assessment,
training needs analysis and process design
Lead the
creation and deployment of business change materials, including training,
communications and processes
Work with
the transformation operations team to define and establish the measures and
governance required to make the change stick
Lead the
creation of a continuous improvement process for the change
Lead the
transition of the change to business as usual
Identify
realisation risks at the initiative level
Coordinate
the development of risk mitigation recommendations

Change Management Lead should:

Experience
of managing complex change programs/projects with personal accountability for
delivering to time and cost for large, complex programs/projects:

As the lead
representative of change in the Transformation Programme, this person must demonstrate
a superior understanding of change management concepts
Mastery of
program/project and change management methodology, processes and standards
Management
skills to manage one or more large, complex programs/projects simultaneously
Track record
of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
Experience
and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Demonstrated
strong organizational skills and ability to take structured approach to varied
work assignments.
