Description

A successful expanding company based in Aldridge are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.
This exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a thriving organisation, and would suit someone who likes working within a fast paced environment.
This position will require the right person to start immediately and will be a temporary ongoing basis

Role and Responsibilities

Answering all incoming calls and proactively dealing with any quires or issues
Inputting jobs onto internal systems, use of all Microsoft packages would be an advantage
Liaising with drivers and communicating workload when required to ensure deliveries are being received within a timely manner
Scanning documents onto the systems and filling out paperwork to ensuring that deliveries notes are correct and up to date
Working within a fast paced busy environment who's able to support other members within the team to complete any outstanding tasks
Directing vehicles onto site and around the yard

- Friday, 8am
- 5pm

Salary £8.97
- £9.50

Temporary ongoing assignment

This position will require someone who's driven and wants a long term career Strong transferable Administration skills, who wants to build their career within transport, previous experience within logistics would be beneficial
