Twilight Shift Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps Southampton are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Totton to work the twilight shift.
The hours for this role will be 12pm
- 8pm.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer calls and emails in a timely manner
* Investigating customer's problems, providing quality, accurate and factual replies; escalating customer queries as required
* Continually improve knowledge of the technologies developed
* Identifying growing problems and bring these to the attention of a Team Manager or Second Level Technical Support
* Promoting clear communications between the company and its customers
The Customer Service Advisor will have:
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Excellent level of spoken and written English
* A good telephone manner
* Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent
