A User Researcher is needed for my London based marketing agency to work within a growing team of User Experience Researchers specialising in CRO, customer experience and usability strategies.
Your research will deploy a wide skill set, comprised of both behavioural and attitudinal user research methods and tools running research projects from end to end. Whilst this is mostly Quantative Research around CRO data, Qualatitave research will stay play a major part of the role.
The ideal User Researcher will be juggling customer needs and client KPIs: using qual and quant research to improve content, UX, and conversion through A/B testing and personalisation.
The client are happy to be flexible with regards to background but have a high volume of clients in markets across; Publishing, Charities and Retail.
