Who we are looking for

We are looking for a hard-working, motivated and entrepreneurially minded intern needed from July 2019 for a 6-month period to assist us in the content marketing strategy and execution.

Our dream intern will be able to work independently (we are very stretched and our intern will be expected to show a lot of initiative), passionate about creating content (especially videos and pictures) and be tenacious and dedicated in their attitude to solving problems – we are very busy and there are many!

As a Video Content Intern, you will help execute our content strategy by creating videos, and multitask across many different areas and projects, including content creation, digital marketing, website development, and activities related to developing brand awareness, acquisition and retention. This is a chance to work at the heart of a small team of entrepreneurs and to get involved at all levels of the business.

About the role

Engaged in all aspects of video production across the company's business, from the creation of video tutorials to filming events and store launches, and internal videos

Benchmark existing videos formats/content and provide recommendations

Script video content

Plan shoot (props, location & time)

Manage the shoot execution

Post prod (preferably on Adobe Premiere) and publishing

Feed our photo stock on a regular basis with pictures of our products & services, our stores and our atelier

Help with the organisation of professional photoshoot for store launches

Website & emails:

Management of the website updates on Shopify (seasonal campaigns, product categories, price updates, etc)

Help with email marketing campaigns and management of the MailerLite email groups database

Help the management Team in progressing in their tasks, for example with market surveys, suppliers’ benchmarks, finding solutions to improve inefficiencies. And a wide variety of tasks to help on a day to day basis a busy management team!

We will also expect the successful candidate to spend between half-day to a day per week working outside the office and in a more operational capacity, helping in the stores, the Atelier, with web order preparations, product inventory, customer care, etc. We believe that such implication at the heart of the business will provide you with the necessary insight to successfully complete the other tasks in your internship and get to interact with the various teams.

About you

You have experience in video production - with a great eye for detail to produce beautiful footage.

You are confident with video editing software (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro)

You are comfortable with sound editing and colour grading

You have great communication, organisation and time management skills

Some knowledge of Shopify and HTML would be a plus

You are able to work independently, as well as in a team - an ability to ‘pick up and run’ with projects when necessary

You MUST have the right to work in the UK!

You are a positive and friendly person

Being green-minded is a plus!

What’s in it for you

Be part of a company which places environmental and social values at the heart of everything

Open, respectful, fun company culture

Recreation / Staff Area with free organic fruit, coffee, tea, milk (and usually lots of birthday cakes!)

A fun working environment with regular social events

Pay: £600 per month

Full-time role based mainly in Acton (with occasional trips to our stores in Notting Hill, Marylebone, White City and Chelsea)

Own laptop needed with MS Office (at least - Adobe Suite a plus)
