Job Description

Drive the development and execution of the business' commercialisation strategy. As products are developed, there will be a need to convince clinicians and a wider ecosystem that they work. * Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to prospective customers * Research the market and target customers that have the biggest need for * Understand and appropriately communicate our product offerings * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through email, LinkedIn, phone, and events * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Continuously improve through feedback

The Successful Applicant

- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful commercialisation strategies in early-stage companies
- The ability to build the team of your dreams to take on the world as the company grows
- Marketing skills will be welcome, but there will be other marketing capability in house and externally
- Knowledge/experience of venture capital, grant funding, UK healthcare or health insurance industries, NHS and/or organisations like the National Physics Laboratory (NPL) , Laboratory of the Government Chemist (LGC) advantageous
- Excellent communication, relationship-building & negotiation skills
- Demonstrable prioritization, time management & organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Willingness and confidence to reach out & network
- Interest in working in a startup environment
