Job Title: Warehouse Operative


Salary: £8.87 per hour


Contract: Permanent


Work Pattern: 37.5 Hours Per Week – Rotating Shifts 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00


Location: Meir Park, Stoke on Trent

What you'll do:

To be able to work in varied roles within the Central Fulfilment department accurately sorting, labelling and packaging items to fulfil patient prescriptions and consolidating via store sort in preparation to be despatched.

To complete training and development activities as required/requested in order to reach the required standards of performance, including those for personal development.

To work towards set Key Performance Indicators to ensure Central Fulfilment achieves agreed SLA targets.

To work in line with GPHC guideline at all times.

When the stock does not match expectations, i.e. damaged products to ensure this is brought to the attention of the Team Manager.

A high level of accuracy is required due to the potential to negatively effect patient safety, if prescriptions are dispensed incorrectly.

To raise deviation issues when the stock and/or systems does not match known expectations and bring this to the attention of the Team Manager.
