Interaction are currently recruiting for a full-time warranty co-ordinator to join our client in Peterborough on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client, a supplier of maintenance and repair services, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate that will thrive from working within a busy and fast-paced environment. To be a successful candidate, you will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for processing any warranty requests from customers in line with the company's warranty policy. You will be allocating works to engineers and subcontractors as well as providing advice and guidance to customers on all warranty related matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good telephone manner

Great attention to detail

Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Knowledge of Microsoft packages

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Whilst on a temporary contract, the pay rate for this role is £9.23ph
