We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic YouTube Evangelist/Audience Development Manager to join the Central EMEA Digital team to manage our portfolio of Turner Kids’ YouTube channels.
You will work closely with central and local teams to implement audience development strategies for YouTube, driving the growth of subscribers, views and watch time on our kids’ channels for both marketing and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities include:
Running the day-to-day operation and growth of Turner Kids’ YouTube channels, including:
Managing our YouTube contractors
Launching new channels
Content claiming
Overseeing dispute claims, alongside our contractors
Managing the Master and Channel Level CMS
Research on what content is performing well, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas.
Establishing and maintaining metadata and tagging practices to maximise visibility of Turner Kids’ YouTube channels
Fully maximise the use of the YouTube Playbook
Be an expert on what is trending on YouTube, to advise on content production
Creating and implementing Channel schedules for when clips should be set live, in accordance with the editorial vision for the channels, required rights/holdback requirements, workflow issues, promotional and marketing campaigns
Build strong relationships with local teams within EMEA in order to maintain knowledge of best practice and new capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Turner Kids’ YouTube account manager
Continually seeking new ways to bring audiences and communities into the heart of our brands
Content delivery to our suppliers, liaising with Programme teams and Content Operation teams
Manage the monthly EMEA YouTube meeting
Ensure the proper compliance processes are applied for each clip
Key skills and experience required:

Essential skills:
Outgoing and social by nature
A passion for content
Proactive, organised & self-motivated
Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working with the YouTube platform. This could be at a multi-channel network, a broadcaster, a production company or as a standalone YouTube creator.
Experience or understanding of creating video for online distribution
Understanding of how entertainment is consumed on digital platforms
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Able to demonstrate the ability to read and understand data for analysis
Ability to assess content and make relevant editorial decisions
Using social media data and customer insight to develop user-oriented content
Working across a business where key stakeholders are dispersed across multiple sites which causes competing priorities and perspectives across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable skills:
Knowledge of kids’ TV, and particularly kid’s animation
Multi-language channel development
Understanding of French, Spanish, Italian or German
The benefits and risks in relation social media

traditional digital marketing as a basis to understand interconnection between social media and digital channels
SEO (organic and PPC)
Various CMS systems
Various video platforms
Social media copywriting skills
Video editing and after effects experience
