Primary responsibility included developing and executing sales and revenue generating business strategy across direct sales and consumer alternate channel organizations to improve organizational net revenue and EBITDA. Oversight inclusive of $510M national Multi-Dwelling Unit organization (MDU/SFU/Bulk), brick and mortar retail organization, big box segment, residential partner channel, third-party and internal direct sales business unit, affiliate organization and Internet Service Provider (ISP) segments. Materially improved FY 2016 top line revenue production across all functional segments by $88M or 106% cumulative growth rate.

Managed $210 million+ annual revenue stream with year over year growth of 4% (compared to company average of -5% annual attrition). Established and fostered strategic channel partnerships with national vendor contingency including CDW, NCR, Oracle and Intelisys.

Founded national Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and full service Integrated Communications Provider (ICP) culminating in top line revenue growth of $39.3M prior to acquisition by AT&T. Obtained regulatory licenses, Certificate of Territorial Authority and Utility Regulatory Commission tariff as core assets for new line of telecom resale solutions.
