Develops new products and implements product enhancements for POS acquiring channels. Profiling and assessing merchants to be on-boarded in-line with the bank’s risk appetite and international best practice. Research and strategy on new ebusiness solutions and sector based solutions i.e. (Aviation, Education, Power, Government e.t.c). Initiate a continuous improvement plan for all products and services ensuring they meet the needs of clients at all times. Comparative market research, information gathering, market analysis and reporting on industry related products while creating awareness on services rendered by the bank, analyze competition to improve product positioning and market share and effectively identify emerging trend in the ebusiness industry to influence product offerings and road maps.
