    Recruited as CEO & GM to create, lead, and secure financial success from the ground up. Responsible for launch and securing financial objectives, partnered with executive staff of Hello!/!Hola! magazine to develop network’s brand identity and content, define programming strategy and “big-picture” business goals. Oversee market analyses efforts to identify new revenue / content opportunities. Lead a team of 50 employees in the areas of: Production, Programming, Affiliate Sales, Advertising Sales, Digital, Marketing, Engineering, execution of cohesive plans that ensure achievement of all established business growth objectives. Milestones and contributions include: • Launched channel from the ground up: Incorporated company in U.S., opened LLC, bank accounts, identified and hired executive team, department heads. Partnered with CFO to develop budgets, expenditures, marketing programs, network operations and appropriations. • Successful channel launch within 90 days of hire.
