Restructured IT and Development to improve controls and reduce risk. • Identified and integrated a new payment interface to integrate with internal ERP package to reduce transactional fees by 2% resulting in $600k annual savings. Additionally, this eliminated corporate risk and implemented an authorized party strategy. • Evaluated/selected several off-shore companies to assist with the implementation of the new eCommerce systems. • Researched and identified an ISV Product Information Package to replace an in-house system for managing the product catalog. Costs savings identified using this approach will result in $1m in resource and $500k in development.
