• Lead the development of the 2018 global year-end process in Work Day and PeopleSoft which included; creating the proration calculations for the bonus payout; managing the eligible employee population with respect to LOA, Global Mobility and New Hire. • Design, calculate, and analyze, the bonus and merit budget in excel as well as in Work Day, data based on target and goal scoring • Work closely with system technology team to build compensation data and workflows in PeopleSoft and Work Day. • Work with Talent Acquisition team on analyzing and approving job requisitions looking at benchmark and internal data. • Evaluate and analyze salary survey data in Market Pay for compensation decisions. • Compile and analyze over 340 sales plans to determine how to streamline the plans into 100.
