Junction was an early-stage edtech start-up focused on courseware for the higher education market. I developed and ran all strategy for marketing, lead gen, campaigns and partnerships, as well as all aspects of inside and institutional sales, including forecasting, presentations, event management. While there I increased sales by ~400% and boosted.

I started at Flat World helping with marketing and sales training. I was promoted repeatedly, eventually running the entirety of the Learning Content, or etextbook division. I directly managed inside and outside sales, hiring, training and all forecasting. I increased sales from 1MM annually to 8MM annually from 2012 to 2014. In addition, I was tapped to manage our new product division that included a textbook authoring platform, which became a critical part of the sales closing process and the flagship product. I also took over product for the new Competency-Based-Education platform. The product had serious problems, and was able to create and execute a plan to greatly improve the product, and shave days off of the course development process.
