We increased the revenue in the 2nd quarter in 27% compared to the same quarter last year, and 32% compared to the 1st quarter of 2019 by implementing the documentation of all HEDIS and quality measure gaps missing in each’s patient’s chart.  Developed a protocol for call and recall patients.  Wrote the Policies and Procedure Manual and implemented it with all staff members.  Optimized the utilization of examination rooms by renting to other providers to whom we would refer patients.  Networked with providers to whom we would refer for specific quality measures so that the scheduling of our patients and getting the consult note from them was seamless.
