Global Compensation Manager

Support the design and management of compensation programs for global locations. Project manage system implementation of merit, bonus, and equity awards. Lead / project manage annual administration of the focal process. Manage participation in compensation surveys. Analyze global compensation market data. Partner with Finance on compensation forecast and Stock Administration on equity modeling and burn rate impact. Consult with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and managers with interpretation of compensation practices, guidelines, and recommendations. Lead compensation manager trainings and support HR Business Partners with additional training material as it ties to compensation. Support Executive compensation, including preparing materials being presented to Compensation Committee. Partner with Legal and Finance with Proxy disclosures. Support M&A activities and ensure alignment with pay philosophy.
