-Managing the full recruiting cycle for open Sales positions, from entry level to senior level hires. -Reviewing resumes and pre-screen qualified candidates; manage interview scheduling and move the hiring process forward in a timely manner. -Working with department heads to build strong relationships in order to become a trusted hiring partner.

-Recruiter assistant in the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and posting ads in different channels such as LinkedIn or Glassdoor. Screen call, interview process, and so on. -Attend networking and hiring events. -Updated the Excel database of candidates. -Review resumes and pre-screen qualified candidates; ensure that all candidates have a positive experience interviewing whether or not they are hired.
