Architected the winning bid and set up/enabled TQA auditing team (including infrastructure) of an outsourced software developed in Agile/SCRUM and waterfall methods (with Meta Consulting). Plan & executed the TQA strategy for Banco Safra and the resourcing strategy for the Post Office. Managed dependencies, composed operational norms and led development of a BI Test and Quality Assurance at Santander Bank, managing different concurrently executed projects (with RPerformance).

As CTO and Solution Executive, I influenced strategies, articulating interests and leading conflict resolution in US/LATAM scenarios. As CTO, I planned/executed IT delivery strategy w/Regl Techl Capabilities (PMO, Java, .NET, DBA/AD, Enterprise Architecture/TOGAF) and Delivery/TQA orgs in Argentina, Mexico '& Brazil. Togethersoft do Brasil: Opened the country office of the IDE UML modeling and code generating tool. I architected and delivered the bid wining solution to Electrical Government Organization (ANEEL).
