    My career at Levy Restaurants began as a Suites Runner in 2006. I started in the kitchen running food. One night I was rotated into the Beverage Rooms and became fascinated with reading wine labels. I found out they did not track inventory levels. I asked why. They made me the Bev Room supervisor. I slayed it. From there I transferred to another arena and grew in my career to Floor Supervisor branching out into other venue types (Golf, Racing, Convention Center, Market Hall). I returned to my roots and came back to the American Airlines Center, eventually taking a management role in the Suites Department culminating in me becoming Senior Suites Manager overseeing 144 luxury suites. We did $5M+ in annual revenue my last year there.
