He developed and executed training programs for board members and development professionals in donor cultivation and solicitation skills. During his career, Steve Virgadamo has remained involved with Catholic School Management, Inc. a firm of which he was a founding Associate. Over the course of 20 years, he began as a founding Associate and played a key role in the firm’s growth and development. At the same time, he served as senior consultant and executive on projects in over two thousand institutions throughout the United States, for which, in addition to providing leadership management, he developed the business, training programs and partnership agreements.
Steve Virgadamo retired from Catholic School Management Inc. before it was sold to Christian Brothers Investment Services. Today, he is a Partner with Partners in Mission, Inc where he continues to provide the highest level of professional counsel to Catholic schools and diocese throughout the country.
For many years, Steve Virgadamo has provided thought leadership to Church leaders, Trustees and Board members. His expert counsel over many years has led to many Bishops, Chief Finance Officers, Superintendents, Pastors and Principals to consider him to be the expert in both Church and school management and the most premier consultant for Catholic schools, colleges and universities.
Steve's knowledge of Catholic school management and private school marketing is world renowned. He travels throughout the United States and internationally to mentor and teach school leaders, pastors, and more. His domestic and international reputation has led to Steven’s selection as a delegate for the World Congress on Catholic Education sponsored by the Congregation of Catholic Education.
