     Demonstrated effective leadership by managing and teaching graduate researchers resulting in 4 publications on collaborative projects.  Designed and validated composite materials modeling at micro-scale by combining macro code in ANSYS software and MATLAB code with 20% less computational time.  Led, developed and designed micro-scale damage in composite materials at micro-scale using Finite Element method as evidenced by 2 presentations and 4 publications.  Directed, simulated and validated progressive failure model and crack propagation in composite materials using a numerical method (Peridynamics method) resulting in 1 publication.  Directed the wave propagation simulation in corrugated plates using mathematical modeling with the help of Maple, Wolfram Mathematica software.
