CMS Six Sigma Black Belt

CX Cisco Managed Services (CMS) is looking for a dynamic Six Sigma Black Belt to drive Process Optimization across the business. You will focus on Six Sigma sub-methodologies (DMAIC and DMADV) to make continuous improvements to existing processes as well as develop new processes at Six Sigma quality levels. The ideal candidate will support CMS vision/goals by leading the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key programs/projects to achieve stable, predictable, and sustainable results.
Who You Are
Experienced leader with demonstrated ability in leading Lean Six Sigma projects/teams within IT, Services, or Managed Services environments. A proven track record of successfully executing both DMAIC and DMADV sub-methodologies is required.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment leading large scale programs/projects, mentoring Six Sigma methodology while at the same time creating a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Possess analytical skills with the ability to understand complex interdependencies in large management systems as well as possess practical knowledge such as ITIL, CSI, and COBIT.
Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across a matrix environment to encourage/ensure execution and alignment of process systems and tools. Stakeholder management, high personal impact, and the ability to work across Cisco organizations to align priorities, resources, and capabilities is a key requirement.
Have a firm understanding of Cisco organization structure, operating model, processes, tools, and culture.
Passionate about Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and program/project management excellence.
Works well under pressure and thrives at adapting to changes as required by the business.
A high-energy self-starter who brings the utmost level of integrity to the company.
Possess program management skills including scheduling, financial reporting, communications, issues / risks / actions management, procurement management and other key skill-sets, in addition to 3-5 years of experience as a project or program manager.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
