What You'll Do
You will partner with regional and global business partners from the Partner Organization, Sales, and the Business Entities to drive shareholder value through crafting and influencing the way Cisco's pricing is structured through our Partners and Distributors.
Collaborate with both Partner organization as well as BE product management in the structuring of programs and promotions that increase sales
Lead quarterly reviews of promotion and programs with Regional Incentive Council and regional SSF Finance Leads to guide decisions on where to invest resources most effectively
Provide insightful analysis on key promotions and programs for both Regional Incentive Council as well as Business Entity consumption to influence decisions on where and how we use resources to drive shareholder value
Maintain governance around the GDR (Guided Deal Registration) Policy and Discount Central
Provide Key Metrics reporting for both monthly and quarterly business reviews to Senior Director and CFO
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of an influential cross-functional team focused on driving increased sales through our partners and distributors with the strategic use of programs and promotions. You will partner with key pricing leads on global and regional sales teams as well as Program Managers and Financial Controllers within our Business Entities.

Our minimum requirements for this role:
BS/BA with +5 years of experience in Finance
Exceptional communication skills
Financial support of Business Partners in a Corporate environment
Also Highly Desired:
Background in business intelligence and pricing
Sales support experience
Knowledge of and experience with our go to market models
