What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Television seeks a Manager to join the Television Administration team.
Scope of responsibilities:
Responsible for set up of on lot and off lot Production space (currently 26 shows off lot and 10 shows on lot) includes space planning, managing physical set up, handing all requests from Executive Producers, Production, Post Production, and Casting staff.
Set up on lot WBTV term deal office space for producers and their employees, handle all facilities requests and maintain inventory of on lot term deal office space. Handle off lot term deal office requests, and coordinate services as needed. Serve as liaison for all requests, maintenance issues throughout the duration of their deal (total of 69 term deals on & off lot).
Set up and maintain all WBTV overhead departments as needed, including departmental moves/shifts/relocation, maintenance requests.
Liaison with WBSF office services on all WBTV Production, Term Deal and Overhead offices.
Liaison with WB MIS, Verizon and Copier Services for phones, computers, fax, and multi-functional devices.
Responsible for initiating all start up paper work (WB ID, Parking, Computer, Drive on access, Office Depot, etc.) for all term deal producers.
Responsible for planning, ordering, framing and executing the annual poster refresh project in common area hallways, conference rooms, and the President’s office.
Liaison with off lot landlords, including attending walkthroughs at off lot properties for space planning, follow up with leases, maintenance issues and requests.
Responsible for obtaining bids from WBSF facilities departments and/or outside vendors, obtaining authorization, placing orders and tracking delivery of all Facility related projects.
Coordinates parking for all term deal producers, their staff and overhead employees. Liaison with WBSF and outside Facilities parking management.
Responsible for maintaining on and off lot WBTV production office spreadsheets with rent, square footage, and length of term for each production.
Responsible for tracking lease renewals for off lot production space at various locations, assisting in the Production executive approval process.
Assists with setting up Pilot season casting and production space on and off lot, tracking occupancy dates, locations, rents, and availability in a fast-paced environment. Maintains charts for current and proposed locations for pilots and series.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the execute team.
What do we require from you?
High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
General office and/or Facilities management and customer service experience required.
Must have working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
Must have excellent organizational skills and must be detail-oriented.
Strong customer service acumen.
Must have the ability to communicate articulately with clients/employees of all levels.
Must be able to exercise confidentiality.
Production background and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
