Job Overview:


This position provides administrative and organizational support to the Global Cyber Security Department. It is also responsible for maintaining and facilitating the talent and recruitment pipeline between the Global Cyber Security Program and its partner universities. Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. Skill and experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes are very important. Global travel or living experience including some German language fluency is preferred. Position may require ICS compliance activities as applicable.  


Responsibilities:

Arrangements for travel, meetings, planning, maintaining calendars, filling out  

expense reports including managing tasks, calls & to do list.   (40%)

 

Assisting with recruiting and on-boarding of interns and new hires. Conduct  

proactive meetings or calls with partner university programs and gather feedback that can be used to make recommendations that improve the talent pipeline.   (30%)

 

Planning, organization of team development, team building, and recruiting events as well as other workshops /special events.   (10%)

 


Prepare meeting documentation, imaging of lease documents, expense report

 

submission, preparing invoices for accounts payable, typing letters and 

correspondence.   (10%)


Assist with the creation and editing of group communications and conference


presentations.   (10%)
