Description

Growing client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Answer inbound telephone calls with exceptional professionalism * Maintain organized filing systems * Maintain and work collaboratively on projects with other team members * Share and maintain excel sheets, google sheets, word documents, and .pdfs * Work with office equipment such as printers, scanners and other machines utilized for specific marketing projects

Requeriments
* Ability to work independently and stay on task and meet deadlines * Answering phones * Experience in office administration or other related fields * Experience and/or knowledge of Excel (and/or Google Sheets) and Word required. Of note we heavily utilize google sheets and excel in the management of the office and in our marketing management for our company, which the applicant will spend time on daily * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * A good team player * Positive attitude and solid communication skills needed
