Main responsibilities include:

- Ordering supplies

- Running needed reports

- Maintaining data and managing files

- Modifying and updating SharePoint pages

- Assisting with coordinating budgets

- Scheduling meetings and travel

Requeriments
- Prior administrative assistant experience

- Basic SharePoint skills

- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

- Strong customer service focus

- A minimum of 45 WPM
