OfficeTeam is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Recep whose duties will vary on a day-to-day basis. Some examples of daily activities are as follows:
• Answer phone calls.
• Organize and manage company lunches, dinners, and parties.
• Organize and manage supply room.
• Occasional special projects.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides based on compiled department data for company meetings.
• Various administrative tasks and support; such as ordering company supplies and posting announcements.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• A year of related experience
• High School Diploma.
