OfficeTeam is in the market for an ambitious Administrative Assistant who enjoys new challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this Administrative Assistant role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. A short-term temporary opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Freehold, New Jersey area.

What you get to do every day

- Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

- Greet and direct visitors

- Organize word processors, files, and faxes

- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

- Legal dictation is a MUST

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

- Well-founded grasp of MS Outlook

- Comprehensive knowledge of faxing

- General familiarity with legal terminology

- Proven knowledge of count and stack

- Knowledge of meeting coordination and planning

- Experience with alphanumeric data entry

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
