Description

We have a residential construction office seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with day-to-day activities in the office. This opportunity is temporary to hire located in Palm Desert, Ca.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintain paper and electronic filing

• Answer incoming calls. Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential clients

• Scheduling appointments with potential clients

• Maintain appointment calendars

• Maintain project records and data base

• Maintain and update project trackers via Excel

• Submitting estimates

• Provide assistance to managers
