OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges to join a company in the Service industry. In this Administrative Assistant role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. Do your talents include mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Requeriments
- Ability to use the internet for research


- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred


- Coordinate Travel Arrangements experience preferred


- Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience


- Deep understanding of Book Travel Arrangements


- Job Scheduling experience


- Adeptness in Occupational Safety


- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) experience


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills


- Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
