Description

An organization that provides a place for members to gather and really be a part of the community is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This organization supports the community and help to bring people together and provides them with many opportunities to become engaged. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guest as well as performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Some duties include:

Acting as the main point of contact for all guests and employees

Manage guest check in, ensure a comfortable office visit, reserve conference rooms as needed

Manage relationships with employees, visitors and vendors

Maintain inventory for everything office related including tech equipment and stationary

Always ensure office cleanliness, including any community areas and the kitchen

Stepping in for reception relief as needed

Requeriments
At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience

Excellent communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to work independently and on a team

Strong communication skills

Adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software

Microsoft Office knowledge
