Support important administrative tasks and ongoing operations within various departments while playing a critical role as the Administrative Assistant.
If you have experience in manufacturing, construction, or logistics, this could be the right job for you!
• Handling telephone calls and managing a multi-line phone system
• Arranging schedules and activities
• Assisting and managing visitors
• Setting up spreadsheets, modernizing presentations, and backing special projects
• Helping with the coordination of meetings and conferences, and calendars
• Word processing, data entry, scanning, filing and faxing
• Arranging orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
• Promote diverse projects for other employees in case of need
• Editing and proofreading documents
• 2+ years of administrative support experience
• Bilingual Spanish helpful!
• Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
• Detailed and have the ability work independently
• Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Outstanding data entry skills
