OfficeTeam is looking for a seasonal, temporary Administrative Assistant to support a consulting firm during benefit enrollment! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills with an established company? Do you like to research, analyze data, and create reports? This may be the opportunity for you! The Administrative Assistant will be working in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment by supporting the sales department. This Administrative Assistant opportunity is temporary working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This seasonal position will be starting around September 9th.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

- Research physicians and prescriptions for clients and prospects using websites, directories, etc.

- Data entry, and document electronic files in a CRM system

- Prepare reports and summarize research results

- Assist on other administrative projects as requested
