Robert Half OfficeTeam is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant for an exciting opportunity in Downtown, San Diego! This is for a growing company in downtown, who is seeking an experience Administrative Assistant with a sales or marketing support background.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
-Producing sales reports and presentations
-Coordinating and managing courses as well as training internal employees
-Writing communications and proofreading materials
-Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support
-Provide order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
-Preparing travel and meeting arrangements
-Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service
-Performing other Sales Assistant tasks as necessary
-Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them
-Experience with a CRM Software (SalesForce preferred)
** This is NOT a Sales Position! You will be providing administrative support to a sales team! **
-Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
-Excellent social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products
-Project management process improvement experience desired
-3+ years of Sales Assistant experience suggested
-Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
-Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field
