What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Pictures seeks an Administrator, Content Protection for the Marketing Services department. This position primary provides support to AV Servicing with organizing, logging and processing orders for variety of footage and PIX requests. Additional responsibilities include:
Maintain Footage Databases as materials come in on a daily basis.
Maintain PIX databases and templates for vendor and WB accounts.
Create and place orders for footage to be watermarked and sent out to appropriate vendors/outlets.
Order footage from Editorials as needed.
Order additional deliverables from DI vendors (i.e. Source Drops).
Create and manage PIX Screener links Staff and various requests (i.e. Publicity Talent Hosts and Producers).
Order new PIX projects as titles are approaching start date.
Create any T&E charts for members in AV Servicing.
Process and code MPI and LADB charges.
Answer and direct calls to appropriate parties, as well as timely follow up with any messages.
Organize and distribute drives as needed (i.e. key pad drives to Editorial and master drives for dailies copy).
Liaise with various departments within WB, vendors, and Feature editorials.

What do we require from you?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous office and/or administrative experience required.
Experience working in a production environment preferred.
Must have experience with Microsoft 365 and File Maker Pro.
Must have ability to learn new programs (PIX and Aspera).
Experience with graphic design, non-linear video and audio applications, and AV finishing.
Well versed in social media marketing and corresponding AV formats.
