Description

I'm currently recruiting for a Admissions Officer / Clerical Officer for our client based in Portlaois, Co. Laois.

THE ROLE:


- Provision of a comprehensive administration service for Registry-based activities e.g. Admissions, Registration,
- Liaising with other staff members/ consultant
- Dealing with members of the public at all times
- Data entry and file management
- Shift pattern - 3 days on and 4 days off / 4 days on and 3 days off rote.
- Rooster is given 8 weeks in advance.

REQUIREMENTS:


- Previous administration in a busy environemnt
- Data entry skills and attention to details
- Capable of dealing with the members of the public
- Available to work Monday to Sunday
- Shift pattern hours can vary from the following (10am - 9pm / 8pm - 8am / 10am - 4pm)
- Hours a week vary between 30 hours per week to 48 hours per week.
- IT skills are required.
