We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who has a relentless pursuit for excellence, and is a great communicator to lead our Agile transformation, making an impact across our Global Audit technology organization as we move into the Cloud.
You will be part of our technology organization, working closely with other IT teams across Deloitte and will have an opportunity to take our global team to the next level.  You will work across various parts of Deloitte, work with other countries, a variety of teams and people, and have fun!
You are expected to be an experienced leader with strong communication skills to clear roadbacks, and coach the product teams about agile scrum for our global audit practice.
You should be someone that brings new thinking and is excited with the challenge of driving change and improvement.  We want someone who relentlessly pursues excellence, loves scrum and agile, and can build trusting relationships across teams.
Role Specific Responsibilities
Providing agile and scrum coaching to our scrum masters, product owners, and global audit teams
Partner with the leadership team as the agile leader, providing recommendations and partcipating in strategic discussions regarding the organizational model as it relates to agile and scrum
Coaching teams to become more and more agile in their ability to deliver working software
Clearing impediments for the team and facilitating the team's ability to remove impediments on their own
Ensuring the teams maintain and following scrum methodology, including the Sprint and Release goals so that the team remains focused and for the benefit of the Product Owner
Actively monitors and seeks to strengthen the overall health of the organization and agile maturity
Leads the coordination and collaboration among the Scrum Masters within the organization to align techniques, practices and approaches
Reinforces transparency and accountability within the Scrum team
Embodies agility by recognizing adapting and stressing incremental delivery

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Years of Experience: 10+
Agile Coaching experience (2-5 years)
Solid Scrum Master and Kanban experience on development teams (5-10 years)
Scaled Scrum using SAFe, LeSS, Nexus
ALM tools (VSTS, Jira, etc) including project setup and configuration
Working with delivery models using collocated and distributed teams
Proven, proficient Coaching/Training/Mentoring skills
Proven communication and presentation skills such as coaching small and large groups
Leadership skills: Able to motivate and guide teams and leadership at all levels to achieve maximum ROI
Implement and enhance agile frameworks across multiple teams and in multiple delivery centers
Knowledge of DevOps capabilities such as Continuous Integration and Delivery
Ability to align multiple teams into a consistent, cohesive delivery model for maximum productivity
Strong leadership skills that can be leveraged to facilitate discussion and time box sprint-related events and meetings
Experience compiling metrics that measure the progress and outputs of the sprints and releases
Understanding of alternate agile frameworks, how and when to leverage them
