The Analyst II will assist the team with the training and support efforts of Lennar’s Land Management application in Microsoft Dynamics 365. They will provide response for users requiring assistance with software issues and problems. Respond to requests for assistance by phone, email and/or using a help desk management system. The Analyst II will assist in determining business requirements and documenting those requirements in Jira.
