You Will:

- Create and designeducational, marketing, andadvertising material
- Stayahead of design trends and use the latest creative techniques
- Execute design layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and storyboarding
- Be responsible for the management of photographers, illustrators, and directors
- Embraceall forms of design across multiple marketing channels and platforms (Digital & Traditional)
- Manage multiple projects at once and stay on top of the details and hours
- Think critically and tell clients' stories
- Stay on top of emerging media
- Partner with peers from all departments (e.g., Account Services, Brand Planning, Creative, Medical Strategy, etc.)
- Participate in new business/client activities and pitches (as requested)
- Setand maintainhigh visual brand standards commensurate with creativeexpectations
- Interactwith project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
- Assistwith basic wireframing, site mapping, and UX design You Have:

- A Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director at an agency, (pharma experience is a plus)
- A proven ability to think and design beyond campaign to help develop and drive creative solutions (multiple platforms) for client brands
- Portfolio examples of 10 pieces of your absolute best work that demonstrates both your conceptual and execution-based capabilities across all digital and print platforms
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in Premiere, XD, Axure, and Sketch (a plus)
- High attention to detail
