Assistant Director: Strength & Conditioning

We are known for our dynamic training environment, adherence to technical execution and emphatic TEAM culture.

We are looking to hire an Assistant Director for Strength & Conditioning to help facilitate our varsity weight room, which is affectionately known as, “The Dawg Pound.” This team member will collaborate with sport coaches and the sports medicine staff to tailor, manage and recap training programs for up to four groups spanning varsity athletics and tactical performance. This role will also assist with the football S&C program and supervise facility operations as assigned. Schedule will be flexible but dictated by team schedules.

This is a full time hourly, non-permanent position. The position is benefits eligible and is renewable each year. The CSCCa field experience requirement will be satisfied under our director, Donnell Boucher, an approved CSCCa mentor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a four-year degree, S&C-specific certification (CSCS, SCCC or PES), and at least four(4) years of collegiate S&C coaching experience. Sole discretion of team leadership and involvement with managerial aspects are highly desired. Strong interpersonal communication, technological literacy and organizational skills must be demonstrated during the interview process. Current CPR/First Aid certification is required.
