Assist with daily processes includingbut not limited to, student admission, registration and testing support. Provide office support within assigneddepartment.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

Perform a variety of front-line customerservices tasks with minimal supervision, including but not limited to providinginformation and addressing concerns of students, parents, staff and other externalcontacts.

Process and maintain department recordsand files including but not limited to student attendance, grades, LearningManagement System (LMS) documentation, reporting requirements.

Provide department information andassistance to students, staff and external contacts as needed.

Answer and respond to inquiries andprovide services or information to help customers obtain desired studentsupport services.

Assist with student activities andevents.

May work alternate schedules, includingevening and weekend hours.

Perform other duties, tasks andassignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation& Experience


- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year combined experience of general office and customer service required

Licensing& Certification


- Valid Texas Driver License

WorkingConditions

General office. May frequently be required to walk; stand; sit;use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision anddistance vision. Use of personalcomputing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer, photocopier, filecabinets, and calculator. Manualdexterity, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, ability to reach and bend, and use2-step stool while safely lifting and lowering boxes. Ability to travel to and from meetings,training sessions or other business-related events. May be required to work after hours toinclude weekends and holidays.
