Qualification Requirements:
Applicant must meet one of the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
2. Associate degree from an accredited university and 2 years of professional work experience.
3. High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of administrative work experience.

Candidate must demonstrate proficiency with database management/excel, critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and professional customer service skills.

Job Concepts

This position is within the Travel and Direct Pay section of Accounting Services. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing and processing employee travel and expense reimbursements and direct pay requisitions and invoices.

Inter-personal skills and organizational ability will be necessary, as the incumbent will interact with faculty and staff and must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Supervision is under the direction of the Associate Director of Accounting Services. Regular attendance is required to perform the duties of this position. Normal work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, however, overtime may be required.
