Description

We’re looking for a Associate Manager, Sales Operations to support our Gimlet sales team based in Brooklyn in running effectively across our entire sales cycle, and throughout categories and geographies. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, analytical, and comfortable with no two days or requests being the same. This person will be excellent at prioritizing tasks, and sharing information across the team to drive transparency and efficient decision making. The candidate should have a can-do attitude, and excitement about working in the fast-growing podcast industry.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with Gimlet’s head of sales to build and help standardize business processes, analytics, and reporting
Provide recommendations and take actions based on company objectives, forecast or performance metrics
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and sales team communication
Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to optimize the funnel
Own the administration of Salesforce, and ensure freshness and accuracy reporting
Work closely with Spotify and Gimlet teams to streamline the post-acquisition integration

Who you are:
You have 2+ years in digital advertising
You have strong data and analytics skills
You excel at execution with a high level of detail and integrity
You are extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner
You have excellent client service and verbal and written communication skill
You have previous experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
You have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
